EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!

My order was lost in transit, by no fault of their own (USPS). The option, by the Post Office, given to me from the PO, was to contact the seller to ask for my items to be resent, even though Banned Goods was not at fault. My email was responded to, almost instantly, by a gentleman named James. As promised James took care of my insurance claim and within a week, my new slippers were delivered, with a refund in price difference (Original order sold out). Thank you, James ans Bannes Goods for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You have a repeat customer in me!!!

An absolute hit!
